Nikko Costantin has many years in the customer service industry, specifically fine-dining restaurants and a men's clothing/suit shop. He has dedicated much of his time to understanding how people work and what they think, including what makes him their happiest and most comfortable. He will do whatever he can to make sure that his clients' needs are taken care of, and will not be satisfied until they are happy with the results.
Nikko's interest in the real estate industry started in his teens, having a mother who owned an Interior Design firm and a father who owns a cabinet business specializing in kitchen cabinetry. He quickly became interested in homes/real estate, having seen much of his father's work, becoming greatly intrigued by the intricacies of the interior design world.
Background aside, Nikko decided to join Keller Williams, and work with Synergy Real Estate Group as an Associate because he loves a team-based atmosphere, and he believes that this is the perfect environment for him.
